Anouk came with her parents and siblings to a demonstration that I was doing in handbuilding clay sculpture for the Ottawa Guild of Potters show.  Anouk was working her own magic while I started a sculpture of her.  This is a beginning of the process of working in clay.  I’ll take you through the process as the piece is transformed from wet clay into ceramic.
