Artists Speak – Dealing with Isolation

My pâte de verre technique results in a translucency that shows how colours change with light. The shifting light and unique colours bring movement to otherwise static objects. The vibrancy of “Fall Colours” reflects the beauty and energy of fall leaves and bonfires.

I feel lucky that our work as sculptors is largely solitary. I have been working on trying to present my work with the video method. I hope you can see what I mean.
